Cookies

The website uses cookies that contains no personal data.
Cookies are managed in the browser.
If you have an account and log into the ISS PAS website, the website will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie and is discarded when you close the browser.
For web analytics we use open source tool Matomo. It does not use cookies.

The website may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor interaction with that embedded content, including tracing interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to the other website.

Analytics

In Matomo that we use for web analytics, the IP numbers of users are masked.
In addition, our server records IP numbers for our server’s operations analytics.

Who we share your data with

The server operated by Netlink Sp. z o. o. keeps data on the traffic recorded by the server mentioned in the section “Analytics”.

How long we retain your data

Data recorded by Matomo are kept indefinitely.

Data on the traffic recorded by the server mentioned in the section “Analytics” are kept 2 weeks.

How we protect your data and what data breach procedures we have in place

The ISS PAS website uses SSL/HTTPS. This encrypts user communication with the server to ensure that all data remain private and integral.
In case of a data breach, administrator will inform affected users about unauthorized use of their personal data.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on the website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided us with. You can also request that we erase the personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, security purposes or to perform statutory tasks.

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Major changes will be described accordingly.
